Cecil started her self -growth journey at the age of 23 years old , Taught herself how to hand sew March of 2021 . After leaving , Kansas City Missouri , Cecil promised herself to truly seek arts of all sorts; such as the art of communication , to help express feelings and different point of -View properly . Learn about many cultures different ways of expressing art. Cecil learned Fashion is art . Art is fashion . In the mix of Cecil growth she discovered , every moment , every trail and tribulation Cecil has been overcome. There was only one word that keeps Cecil going and that word is perseverance . (Perseverance- persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success.
